Compare the dyer, crawler tractor driver and salesman wage category in the 2026 General Order, effective 1 May 2026.

Distinguish salesperson from salesman-driver
The salesman entry is grouped with dyer and crawler tractor driver. Salesman-driver appears in row 11 with a different rate. Where an offer includes commission, ask the employer to separate fixed pay from variable earnings and describe the duties used for classification.
