Property Maintenance Coordinator

• Manage daily maintenance requests from tenants via phone, email, and portals.
• Log and prioritise maintenance requests using property management software like Yardi, AppFolio, or Buildium.
• Create, assign, and track work orders through to completion.
• Schedule and dispatch vendors for repairs and inspections, ensuring compliance with licensing and insurance.
• Communicate effectively with tenants about maintenance status and scheduling.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and records.
• Prepare maintenance reports for property managers and owners.

• At least 2 years of experience in property management, maintenance coordination, or related roles.
• Experience with property management platforms such as Yardi, AppFolio, or Buildium.
• Ability to create and manage maintenance work orders and coordinate vendors.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to work remotely during U.S. business hours and manage multiple maintenance requests simultaneously.
• Preferred: Experience supporting portfolios of over 100 residential units.
• Preferred: Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general residential maintenance.
• Preferred: Experience managing preventive maintenance programs and understanding vendor compliance requirements.
• Preferred: Familiarity with maintenance SLAs, operational KPIs, building codes, and safety requirements.
