Community Manager

• Lead daily interactions and conversations within the Slack community.
• Encourage member participation and respond to their questions.
• Welcome new members and reconnect with inactive ones.
• Build relationships by understanding members' businesses, goals, and interests.
• Make strategic introductions between members to foster connections.
• Conduct member check-ins every 3 to 6 months to gather feedback and improve retention.
• Plan and coordinate events such as retreats, dinners, meetups, and virtual gatherings.
• Track community engagement metrics and report insights to leadership.
• Create and manage member surveys to collect feedback and suggest improvements.

• Experience in community management, customer success, member experience, or relationship management.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Experience in coordinating events or member experiences.
• Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple member conversations and priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to work remotely during U.S. business hours with a reliable internet connection and professional setup.
• Preferred experience includes managing Slack communities, working with entrepreneurs or business owners, familiarity with Typeform, coordinating premium events, and tracking engagement metrics.
• Preference given to candidates based in LATAM or Africa, but not required.
