What you will do
- Oversee daily workshop activities to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Assign and supervise workshop staff, providing training and performance feedback.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in the workshop.
- Maintain workshop equipment and tools, monitor inventory, and order supplies as needed.
- Plan and schedule maintenance, repairs, and inspections based on staff availability and workload.
