Event Operations Coordinator

• Manage the entire event pipeline for several campaigns.
• Arrange and confirm event logistics including booth setup and equipment coordination.
• Communicate event details to field representatives and internal teams.
• Create and maintain schedules for field representatives using scheduling tools.
• Coordinate travel bookings and manage related expenses.
• Prepare weekly reports on operations and performance.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and other operational tasks as needed.

• Previous experience in event coordination, logistics, operations, scheduling, or administrative support.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace applications such as Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar, and Gmail.
• Availability to work during U.S. Central Standard Time business hours.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Experience with Sling, TravelPerk, or similar tools is preferred.
• Experience supporting field sales or event operations is preferred.
• Experience in tracking expenses and budgets is preferred.
• Experience working in startups or high-growth companies is preferred.
