What you will do
- Assist the driver with delivering products to customers and distributors.
- Load and unload goods carefully to avoid damage or loss.
- Organize products within the vehicle to ensure stability and efficient space use.
- Help with route navigation and delivery scheduling as needed.
- Check delivery quantities against documents and confirm with customers.
- Obtain proof of delivery and report any shortages or damages immediately.
- Keep the vehicle clean and assist with daily inspections and safety checks.
- Follow company safety policies, use protective equipment, and report any accidents or unsafe conditions promptly.
Requirements
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) or equivalent.
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role such as Turnboy, Delivery Assistant, or in logistics is preferred but not required.
- Experience in fast-moving consumer goods, beverage, manufacturing, or distribution sectors is an advantage.
- Ability to pay close attention to details and ensure accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, honest, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
