DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Coordination & Business Development
- Understand the objectives, scope, and requirements of each project and develop clear action plans, timelines, and follow-up activities to support successful execution.
- Support the development of new business and project opportunities by conducting research, developing business concepts, preparing presentations, and contributing to product marketing models.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project activities remain aligned with business objectives and agreed timelines.
Research, Data & Documentation
- Conduct and compile research required for various projects, including market, product, stakeholder, and operational information, and organize findings into professional reports and business documents.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data, reports, photographs, videos, and other media received from field teams and agents, ensuring information is properly documented and accessible.
- Prepare regular project progress reports, presentations, briefs, and other management documents, highlighting achievements, challenges, findings, and recommended actions.
Field & Supply Chain Coordination
- Work closely with field teams and agents to coordinate activities, provide administrative support, and ensure timely submission of field information and deliverables.
- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s product supply chain, including sourcing, procurement, movement of raw materials, production processes, and delivery requirements.
- Support field teams with procurement of raw materials and coordinate with suppliers to ensure required materials are sourced and made available on time.
Stakeholder & Office Management
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, clients, field agents, partners, and other parties involved in company projects.
- Attend and actively participate in company meetings, presentations, briefings, and project reviews, ensuring agreed actions are followed through.
- Coordinate multiple administrative and project activities, maintain organized records, manage follow-ups, and provide timely updates to management.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, business development, operations, administration, research, or a similar role.
- Experience working with field teams, suppliers, clients, partners, or other external stakeholders will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare professional reports, presentations, proposals, and business documents.
- Experience in data collection, analysis, documentation, and reporting is an added advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in agriculture, agribusiness, supply chain, product development, or field-based projects will be an advantage.
