What you will do
- Make 30 to 50+ outbound calls per shift to candidates from various sources including LinkedIn and referrals.
- Screen candidates by phone using a set of fixed criteria and customised questions.
- Follow up on no-answer calls with calls, texts, and emails during the same shift.
- Request and collect required documents such as digital literacy checks, role-aligned résumés, and references with deadlines.
- Ensure candidates attend their interviews by securing commitments and sending reminders.
- Keep the applicant tracking system (Raven ATS) updated and complete during each shift.
- Provide daily activity reports and written pipeline updates to recruiters and the team.
Requirements
- Have a verifiable history of making 30 or more outbound calls per day in a previous role such as talent sourcing, agency recruiting, sales development, BPO outbound, or collections.
- Have at least one year of experience in a role with daily output measurement.
- Be proficient in using an applicant tracking system (ATS) or customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage candidate pipelines.
- Speak clear and professional English on the phone, with confidence to initiate calls to strangers.
- Demonstrate ability to receive coaching and improve performance based on feedback.
- Have stable internet with speeds of 100 Mbps or more, backup mobile data, backup power, a quiet workspace with a door, and a noise-cancelling headset.
- Be able to commit to the fixed shift from 2:00 AM to 10:00 AM Arizona time, Monday to Friday (US Mountain Time).
Benefits
The role offers up to $5.00 per hour, with top pay for candidates who can verify 30+ dials per day, amounting to up to $880 per month at full hours. There is a $50 monthly Health and Wellness Fund, 10 paid time off days per year after eligibility, and select US paid holidays. The position is fully remote with training and mentorship provided.
