What you will do
- Design and develop production-grade web applications using Python and FastAPI.
- Create secure backend services and scalable REST APIs.
- Build responsive frontend interfaces with modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Integrate frontend and backend systems effectively.
- Implement AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering workflows.
- Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality.
- Document architecture decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in full stack software engineering.
- Strong skills in Python, FastAPI, and REST API development.
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks for frontend development.
- Familiarity with workflow-driven or form-heavy applications.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and Claude Code.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL or similar relational databases and Git.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Preferred experience includes working on FinTech, tax software, compliance platforms, or financial systems.
- Preferred familiarity with secure application development and distributed teams.
- Preferred experience designing scalable system architectures.
