What you will do
- Analyze operational workflows to find automation opportunities
- Design systems to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and increase speed
- Build automations using platforms like Zapier, Make, n8n, and Power Automate
- Integrate AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini into workflows
- Connect systems through APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve workflow or integration issues
- Document automation workflows and maintain operational procedures
- Collaborate with non-technical teams to gather requirements and explain automation logic
Requirements
- Proven experience in workflow automation, process optimization, automation system design, and AI workflow implementation
- Hands-on experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, and Power Automate
- Experience integrating AI tools and APIs including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google AI
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, data structures, and automation logic
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
