Scaffolder (Level 3/ Level 4)

• Erect, modify, and dismantle complex scaffolding structures following approved designs and safety standards.
• Interpret scaffolding drawings, load calculations, and technical specifications.
• Inspect scaffolding materials and structures to ensure safety and compliance.
• Install safety components such as guardrails, toe boards, access ladders, and platforms.
• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and maintenance of scaffolding.
• Report unsafe conditions or non-compliance immediately.
• Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and HSE teams to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Maintain good housekeeping and proper storage of scaffolding materials.
• Meet performance objectives and follow HR policies and annual leave plans.

• Hold a valid Level 3 or Level 4 Scaffolder Certification from a recognised body.
• Have at least 2 years of practical scaffolding experience in construction, oil & gas, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Demonstrate experience erecting complex and heavy-duty scaffolding systems.
• Possess strong knowledge of scaffolding safety regulations and working-at-height requirements.
• Be able to read and interpret scaffolding drawings and technical documents.
• Have strong attention to detail, physical fitness, and ability to work at heights.
• Show good teamwork, communication, problem-solving skills, and high safety awareness.
• Preferred: experience on large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects.
• Preferred: additional HSE or Working at Height certifications.
• Preferred: First Aid certification.
• Preferred (Level 4): experience supervising junior scaffolders.
