Route Sales Representative

• Visit customers and outlets on a set sales route to sell and distribute products.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and handle their queries and complaints.
• Take orders and ensure products are delivered on time.
• Maintain product displays and monitor stock levels, recommending restocking as needed.
• Observe market trends and competitor pricing to inform sales strategies.
• Keep accurate sales records and prepare daily sales reports.
• Follow up on customer payments and manage outstanding balances.
• Plan and manage sales routes to cover all assigned outlets efficiently.

• Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Agribusiness, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in route sales, FMCG, fresh produce, agribusiness, distribution, or retail sales.
• Experience selling directly to small retailers such as kiosks and mama mbogas is an advantage.
• Holding a valid driving licence or motorcycle riding licence is preferred.
• Strong skills in sales, negotiation, customer service, and relationship building.
