What you will do
- Develop and implement a full B2B marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals.
- Manage the entire marketing funnel including awareness, acquisition, and retention.
- Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to increase pipeline and revenue.
- Lead and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, outbound campaigns, and partnerships.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure consistent branding across all customer touchpoints.
- Build scalable lead-generation systems and improve conversion funnels using A/B testing.
- Track and report on key marketing metrics, create dashboards, and present insights to leadership.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B, growth, or digital marketing leadership roles such as Digital Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing.
- Proven skills managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, demand generation, and outbound marketing.
- Experience with HubSpot, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and marketing analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, lead generation, performance marketing, conversion optimisation, and marketing attribution.
- Preferred experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM), B2B or professional services marketing, Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, and managing agencies or marketing teams.
- Preferred skills in brand positioning and storytelling.
