Branch Executive - Mombasa

• Raise the company’s profile and improve its visibility in the region.
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies and plans.
• Gather market intelligence and advise the Head of Marketing on opportunities and improvements.
• Create and maintain a client management plan to retain clients and reduce attrition.
• Participate in product development with the marketing team based on regional insights.
• Prepare branch statistics and sales reports as needed.
• Analyse branch data and communicate relevant issues to stakeholders.
• Manage the branch budget to minimize costs and expenses.
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of direct reports.
• Adhere to the Service Charter.
• Perform other duties related to skills and experience to promote teamwork and collaboration.

• Degree in a business-related course from a recognized university.
• Diploma in Insurance or related insurance course is desirable.
• Excellent knowledge of the insurance industry.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Strategic thinking ability.
• Strong interpersonal and good communication skills.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the insurance sector, including 2 years in branch management.
• Experience in sales and marketing of insurance products.
• Reliable, problem solver and leadership qualities.
