Baker(Supermarket)

• Prepare and bake bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked products according to recipes and schedules.
• Measure and mix baking ingredients using appropriate equipment.
• Operate bakery machinery like ovens and mixers safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all baked goods are consistent and of high quality.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Keep the baking area, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
• Monitor baking ingredient inventory and inform the supervisor when supplies are low.
• Assist in creating new recipes or seasonal baked items as needed.
• Package and label baked goods for sale and display.
• Collaborate with kitchen or supermarket staff to ensure products are available on time.

• At least one year of baking experience in a commercial kitchen or supermarket bakery is preferred.
• Knowledge of various baking techniques and recipes.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to accurately follow recipes, instructions, and production schedules.
• Physical fitness to stand for long periods.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Punctuality, reliability, and willingness to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays as required.

The salary is KSHS 15,000 per month.
