PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
- Ensure timely and compliant tender submissions.
- Strengthen procurement governance and transparency.
- Support negotiation and contract award processes.
- Maintain accurate tender documentation and records.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Tender Preparation & Submission
- Prepare and submit tender documents in line with aviation procurement standards.
- Review tender requirements and ensure compliance.
Coordination & Compliance
- Liaise with finance and legal teams for contract terms.
- Track tender timelines, submissions, and outcomes.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain tender records and documentation.
- Prepare tender status reports and summaries.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in tendering/procurement, preferably in aviation.
- Knowledge of aviation procurement regulations and compliance.
- Added advantage: CIPS certification, ERP procurement systems experience.

Salary disclosed: KES 105,000 - 120,000
