What you will do

  • Support the implementation and improvement of MERL frameworks across Foundation programmes.
  • Coordinate tracking of programme performance against indicators and targets.
  • Assist with baseline studies, evaluations, surveys, and impact assessments.
  • Support data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting processes.
  • Prepare donor, management, and stakeholder reports and ensure timely compliance.
  • Facilitate learning reviews, document lessons learned, and coordinate research and learning initiatives.
  • Provide technical support and training to programme teams and partners on MERL tools and methodologies.
  • Support administration and enhancement of digital MERL platforms and data collection technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Development Studies, Public Health, Social Sciences, or related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting, Learning, Research, or Impact Measurement.
  • Experience supporting MERL systems in development, philanthropy, sustainability, education, health, humanitarian, or social impact programmes.
  • Skills in quantitative and qualitative data analysis, reporting, and programme performance measurement.
  • Proficiency with statistical and data visualization software or related platforms.
  • Experience coordinating evaluations, surveys, research studies, and impact assessments.
  • Strong report writing, analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with implementing partners, consultants, donor-funded programmes, and government stakeholders.
  • Professional certification in Monitoring & Evaluation, Data Analytics, Project Management, Research Methods, Statistics, or Results-Based Management is preferred.
