Social Media Manager

• Manage social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels.
• Schedule and publish high-quality content consistently across all platforms.
• Monitor social media pages, respond to comments and messages, and engage positively with the audience.
• Create engaging social media content including captions, graphics, and short videos.
• Write creative and platform-appropriate copy that fits the brand's voice and goals.
• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
• Track social media performance using analytics tools and provide reports with recommendations.
• Stay updated on social media trends and identify opportunities for timely content.
• Build and maintain an active online community through engagement and timely responses.

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience managing social media platforms.
• Proven skills in content creation, copywriting, and social media management.
• Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
• Good understanding of social media analytics, trends, and audience engagement.
• Creative and innovative approach to digital content.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The salary range is between KSH 20,000 and KSH 30,000 per month.
