Sales Executive (Office Based Sales)

• Attend to walk-in customers and telephone enquiries to understand needs and recommend construction materials.
• Promote company products actively and convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
• Negotiate prices and terms within company policies to close sales and meet targets.
• Follow up on pending quotations and prospective customers to secure more business.
• Provide accurate product information and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Maintain communication with customers about orders, payments, and deliveries.
• Prepare sales documentation and coordinate with relevant teams to fulfil orders.
• Monitor sales performance and submit regular reports on revenue and sales activities.

• Diploma or certificate in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management or related field is an advantage.
• Two to three years proven experience in sales, customer service or related commercial role.
• Experience selling construction materials, hardware or building supplies is an advantage.
• Ability to negotiate, close sales and achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic sales documentation.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems is desirable.
• Good numerical skills for preparing quotations and pricing.

The salary is KSHS 20,000 per month.
