HR Manager – Retail Business

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Advise management on workforce planning and organisational development.
• Manage recruitment and selection for various company units.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Implement performance management and staff development programmes.
• Oversee HR administration including payroll and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with Kenyan labour laws and manage related risks.
• Support retail workforce planning and operational HR needs.

• Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• CHRP qualification, Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management, or relevant IHRM professional membership.
• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in retail or multi-outlet retail.
• Experience managing all HR generalist functions independently.
• Strong knowledge of Kenyan employment laws and compliance.
• Proven skills in recruitment, employee relations, disciplinary processes, performance management, and staff retention.
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment and high-turnover, customer-facing teams.

The salary for this position is KSHS.150,000 per month.
