What you will do

  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job profiling to onboarding coordination.
  • Develop and maintain candidate pipelines using various sourcing channels.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates.
  • Maintain communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, reference checks, and pre-employment processes.
  • Keep accurate recruitment records and prepare regular reports on recruitment activities.
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and employment laws.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates.
  • Stay updated on Kenyan labour laws relevant to recruitment.
  • Support improvements in recruitment processes and employer branding.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • 2 to 5 years experience in Talent Acquisition or similar role.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles or departments.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for tracking and reporting.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment sourcing methods, interviewing techniques, candidate assessment, and labour laws.
