HOSTESS/WAITER (BARISTA SKILLS), Hospitality Sector

• Welcome guests warmly and manage reservations and table allocations.
• Provide accurate menu information and coordinate guest seating.
• Take orders and serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and serve coffee-based and other hot and cold drinks using appropriate equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining and beverage preparation areas.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and payments professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

• A diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Food and Beverage Service, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or similar hospitality setting.
• Experience in guest reception, table service, reservations, and customer relations.
• Practical skills in coffee preparation and beverage-making techniques.
• Experience in restaurant supervision or coordinating service teams is an advantage.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.

The salary range is KES 32,500 to 40,000. No other benefits are stated.
