What you will do
- Drive authorized motor vehicles.
- Perform routine checks on vehicle systems including cooling, oil, electrical, brakes, and tyre pressure.
- Identify and report any vehicle malfunctions.
- Maintain work tickets for assigned vehicles.
- Ensure the security and safety of vehicles both on and off the road.
- Protect the safety of passengers and goods in the vehicle.
- Keep the vehicle clean.
Requirements
- Have a Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education with a mean grade D plain or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
- Hold a valid driving licence without current endorsements for the vehicle class to be driven.
- Completed a First Aid Certificate Course lasting at least one week at St. John Ambulance, Kenya Institute of Highway and Building Technology (KIHBT), or another recognised institution.
- Passed the Drivers Grade III suitability test.
- Passed the practical driving test for drivers.
- Possess a valid Certificate of Good Conduct from the Kenya Police.
- Have at least two years of driving experience.
Benefits
