What you will do
- Drive authorised motor vehicles.
- Carry out routine checks on vehicle systems such as cooling, oil, electrical, brakes, and tyre pressure.
- Report any vehicle malfunctions.
- Maintain work tickets for assigned vehicles.
- Ensure the security and safety of the vehicle on and off the road.
- Ensure the safety of passengers and goods.
- Keep the vehicle clean.
- Perform other duties as per transport policies and regulations.
Requirements
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) with a mean grade of D plain or equivalent.
- Valid driving licence for the required vehicle classes with no current endorsements.
- Completed a First-Aid Certificate Course of at least one day from St. John Ambulance, Kenya Institute of Highway and Building Technology, or another recognised institution.
- Passed the Suitability Test for Driver Grade III.
- Valid certificate of Good Conduct from the Kenya Police.
- Passed Practical Test for Drivers.
- At least two years of driving experience.
