What you will do
- Install and assemble piping systems, fittings, and fixtures according to blueprints and plumbing codes.
- Set up water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and showers.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and perform repairs or replacements.
- Conduct routine maintenance to prevent plumbing problems.
- Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment.
- Maintain compliance with plumbing codes and safety standards.
- Generate accurate records of work performed and report issues to supervisors.
Requirements
- Hold Government Trade Test I, II, III in Plumbing from NITA.
- Have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar plumbing role.
- Possess strong skills in plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Be able to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Have knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
- Demonstrate strong commitment to safety.
- Show attention to detail and accuracy.
