What you will do

  • Provide safe and timely transportation to the employer, family members, guests, or authorised persons.
  • Plan routes effectively and navigate Nairobi, nearby areas, and rural destinations while adjusting to traffic and road conditions.
  • Maintain punctuality and flexibility when travel schedules or destinations change.
  • Perform routine vehicle checks including fuel, tyres, fluids, lights, and overall roadworthiness, reporting any issues promptly.
  • Keep the vehicle clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times.
  • Arrange servicing, repairs, insurance, inspections, and other vehicle-related tasks as directed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding the employer’s personal information, movements, and activities.
  • Exhibit professional, respectful, and courteous behaviour with the employer, family, clients, visitors, and others.
  • Comply with all traffic laws, safety standards, and employer instructions consistently.

Requirements

  • Have at least 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably as a personal, executive, family, or corporate driver.
  • Hold a valid Kenyan BCE driving licence with a clean and verifiable driving record.
  • Possess good knowledge of Nairobi roads and surrounding areas, including urban and rural routes.
  • Be trustworthy, discreet, responsible, and highly professional.
  • Demonstrate excellent punctuality, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Remain calm and safety-conscious, able to handle traffic, changing schedules, and unexpected situations professionally.

Benefits

The salary is KSHS 26,000 net per month.
