Customer Supply Manager -East Africa

• Collaborate with customers to provide end-to-end supply management and achieve high service levels.
• Develop and ensure adherence to SOPs for delivering products to Ethiopia, Djibouti, and Central Africa.
• Establish collaborative forecasting with key customers to meet forecast accuracy targets.
• Ensure accurate and timely order and shipment details to maintain over 90% OTIF and zero demurrage.
• Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing to enhance operational excellence.
• Influence partner leadership to meet inventory targets through effective ordering.
• Work with multiple supply sites to deliver required volumes.
• Onboard Africa Partner Markets best practices and ensure sustainable customer service operations.
• Solve administrative process challenges from order to delivery.
• Collaborate across East Africa to drive continuous supply chain improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain.
• At least 8 years of experience in international logistics and customer service.
• Expertise in import processes in East Africa.
• Fluency in English.
• Proven experience in change management focusing on people and process improvements.
• Experience with S&OP/IBP cycles.
• Ability to influence stakeholders to achieve customer-focused results.
• Strong analytical skills to provide conclusions and recommendations quickly.
• Experience in leading presentations and delivering results.
• Cultural awareness and ability to adapt communication styles.
• Digital skills including SAP APO and OMP/Kinaxis capability.
