What you will do
- Assist the Operations Manager in planning and supervising security activities at various locations.
- Create and review duty schedules to ensure all shifts are covered.
- Visit sites regularly to check guard performance and adherence to procedures.
- Record incidents accurately and ensure appropriate follow-up actions are taken.
- Provide training and briefings to security personnel on protocols, emergency handling, and customer service.
- Handle client questions and complaints, referring complex issues to the Operations Manager.
- Manage operational challenges as they occur and keep detailed records.
- Act as deputy to the Operations Manager during their absence.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Criminology, Security Management, or a related discipline.
- Between 3 and 5 years of experience in security operations.
- At least 1 to 2 years in a supervisory position within security.
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
- Good observation and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
