What you will do

  • Translate strategic goals into clear operational plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure departments align with business objectives.

  • Develop and monitor performance metrics, budgets, and operational targets.

  • Analyse operational and financial data to provide insights and support leadership decisions.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in operations, business management, project management, or similar leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in scaling, managing, restructuring, or improving startups, SMEs, social enterprises, or growing organisations.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, project management, process improvement, and organisational systems.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, financial, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in productivity, project management, reporting, and business management tools is preferred.

Benefits

The salary ranges from KSHS 60,000 to 80,000 per month.
