About this role

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative Duties

  • Provide general administrative and office support to the team.
  • Manage and organise office documents, records, and files.
  • Handle emails, correspondence, and routine communication.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and other activities as required.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry.
  • Support coordination of office supplies and other administrative needs.
  • Assist management and other departments with day-to-day tasks.

Digital Marketing Duties

  • Assist in managing the company’s social media platforms.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
  • Support the development of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor social media engagement, comments, messages, and online enquiries.
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research.
  • Assist in preparing digital marketing reports and tracking campaign performance.
  • Support website content updates and other online marketing activities.
  • Help generate ideas for improving the company’s online presence and brand visibility.
  • Stay updated on relevant digital marketing trends and platforms.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in administration, digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms and basic digital marketing concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and general computer applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities effectively.
