What you will do
- Maintain accuracy of accounts receivable ledgers and reconcile accounts.
- Manage customer data, validate new accounts, and keep audit records of changes.
- Process customer invoices promptly and keep files organised.
- Resolve issues before issuing invoices.
- Follow Canonical's credit control policy.
- Maximise cash collection and track debt collection progress.
- Assist with month-end bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Address queries and escalate when needed.
- Ensure compliance with processes and recommend corrective actions.
