work.ke checks more than 300 job sources in Kenya every day. In the seven days to 1 November 2026 we found 234 new openings that are still open, and 1,762 roles were open on the site that day. 225 of those are remote roles open to people in Kenya.
M-KOPA added the most new roles, 13 in total, and 4 of them are remote. The UN Environment Programme added 9. GiveDirectly and KCB Group added 6 each. Zetech University, Catholic Relief Services and Cigna Healthcare added 5 each, and Absa Bank Kenya added 4.
Nairobi had 138 of the new roles. Another 68 name Kenya without a town. Kiambu came next with 10, then Kitui with 5 and Mombasa with 3.
Sales and marketing had 38 new roles and operations had 37. Finance and accounting and IT had 24 each, and project and programme management had 15.
Pay is still hidden in most adverts. Only 22 of the 234 show a salary, about 1 in 10. Another 88 came from recruiters who don't name the employer, and our cards say so instead of guessing.
28 of the new roles suit early-career applicants: internships, graduate, trainee or entry-level posts. 98 open adverts close in the next seven days, so check the closing date before you start.
Applying is free and nobody should pay for a job.
