Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily workshop activities
- Lead and support a team of technicians to deliver high-quality repair and maintenance work
- Perform and oversee vehicle diagnostics, including pre- and post-repair testing
- Ensure all work is completed within set timelines and service standards
- Maintain clear and effective communication between workshop operations and administration
- Ensure the workshop is clean, well-organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Plan and organize workflow, tools, and workspace for maximum efficiency
- Monitor job progress and address any technical or operational challenges
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with motor vehicles
- Proven experience in a supervisory or similar leadership role within a workshop/garage
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and team management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
