What you will do
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and profitable branch functioning
- Ensure compliance with company policies and retail best practices
- Monitor store cleanliness, layout, and merchandising standards
- Drive sales growth and meet branch targets
- Analyze sales data and customer trends to improve performance
- Manage stock ordering, receiving, storage, and replenishment
- Supervise, train, schedule, and motivate branch staff
- Handle customer service issues and build strong customer relationships
- Monitor financial activities including sales, expenses, and petty cash
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, staffing, and operations
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, Retail Management, or related field
- At least 2 years experience as a Manager, Supervisor, or Procurement Officer in a busy supermarket or retail environment
- Good knowledge of supermarket operations and FMCG products
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Basic computer skills including POS systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools
Benefits
The salary offered is between KSHS 25,000 and 30,000 per month.
