Warehouse Associate (3 Months)

• Receive and inspect raw materials, packaging, finished goods, and returns against relevant documents.
• Record and report any shortages, damages, or non-conformities immediately.
• Store stock properly using correct labelling, stacking, and stock rotation methods like FIFO or FEFO.
• Pick, issue, and prepare materials and finished goods for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and safety.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements in the ERP or approved systems.
• Conduct stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Follow safety, quality, and hygiene standards, including using PPE and reporting hazards.
• Coordinate with other departments and provide timely handovers.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

• Certificate or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehousing, Business Administration or related field is preferred.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in warehouse, depot, stores, manufacturing, or inventory roles is preferred.
• Entry-level candidates with relevant training may be considered.
• Basic skills in inventory or ERP systems, barcode scanning, and Microsoft Excel.
• Certification for forklift or material handling is an advantage.
• Ability to read stock documents, perform basic calculations, and work accurately under pressure.
• Integrity, attention to detail, safety discipline, good communication, teamwork, dependability, and time management.
