What you will do
- Oversee warehouse and dispatch operations to ensure accurate and timely product dispatch.
- Manage inventory control and returns processing according to company standards.
- Supervise the team, including shift planning and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Have a bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Possess at least 3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, dispatch, or logistics operations.
- Have a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Demonstrate experience in team supervision, shift planning, inventory reconciliation, dispatch management, and performance monitoring.
- Be proficient in ERP and inventory management systems, preferably Odoo, and have strong skills in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
- Have knowledge of stock control, returns processing, quality assurance, warehouse safety, and SOP compliance.
- Possess strong leadership, analytical, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Be able to work on rotational shifts and perform well in a fast-paced warehouse and dispatch environment.
