Transport Supervisor (Funeral Home)

• Coordinate vehicle movements for removals, funerals, transfers, repatriations, errands, and branch support.
• Ensure timely dispatch and return of all vehicles.
• Monitor daily transport schedules, prioritising urgent calls and inter-county transfers.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, servicing, and mechanical soundness.
• Supervise day and night-shift drivers and enforce company policies on vehicle use and client handling.
• Conduct driver briefings and training on customer service, safety, and operational standards.
• Ensure vehicles comply with legal requirements and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare reports on transport operations, fuel consumption, driver performance, and vehicle condition.
• Maintain records related to funeral allocations, removals, client feedback, and route logs.
• Update management on risks, delays, shortages, or operational gaps.

• Hold a valid Kenyan driving licence, preferably Class B.
• Have a diploma in Logistics, Transport Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Possess 3 to 5 years of experience in fleet management or transport supervision.
• Experience managing drivers in fast-paced or sensitive environments.
• Have a strong knowledge of Kenyan roads, routes, counties, and airport logistics.
• Holding a valid Driving Licence BCE with a clean driving record is an added advantage.

The salary offered for this position is KSHS. 40,000 per month.
