Training Manager

• Assess training needs across departments and sites to identify skill gaps.
• Create and update training curricula, materials, and manuals.
• Deliver training sessions, workshops, and refresher courses to staff at all levels.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and performance tracking, then report to management.
• Keep records of training, attendance, and certifications.
• Organize training schedules and logistics including venues and participant communication.
• Conduct training at different field sites as needed.
• Support onboarding and induction for new employees.
• Ensure training content aligns with company policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor training metrics and suggest improvements.

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Education, Training & Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in training or learning & development roles, including designing and delivering training programs.
• Valid driving licence.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Good organisational and curriculum development skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate diverse learners.
• Proficiency in MS Office and training/presentation tools.
• Willingness to travel frequently to various sites.
