Fluency in Gujarati or Hindi, alongside English and Swahili, is essential for supplier and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities • Manage store operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, FIFO, and dispatch. • Maintain accurate ERP/WMS stock records and conduct stock reconciliations.

- Supervise store teams, allocate workloads, and drive productivity. • Coordinate order fulfillment with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service. • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures. • Prepare inventory and operational reports while safeguarding company assets and controlling losses. Requirements Key Requirements • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5+ years' experience in store, warehouse, or depot operations within paints, building materials, FMCG, or manufacturing. • Fluency in Gujarati or Hindi, plus English and Swahili. • Experience managing warehouse teams and ERP/WMS systems.
