Senior Operations Manager

• Provide leadership and direction to managers, supervisors, and team leads across departments.
• Regularly review operational performance and ensure accountability for results and timely resolution of issues.
• Identify and address recurring operational problems by implementing lasting improvements.
• Oversee housekeeping to maintain hygiene standards, SOP compliance, inventory control, and unit readiness.
• Manage transportation and logistics including route scheduling, fuel efficiency, vehicle licensing, maintenance, and safety compliance.
• Ensure unit operations meet presentation standards, manage check-in/check-out processes, defect resolution, and onboarding/offboarding workflows.
• Supervise repairs and maintenance schedules, vendor contracts, quality checks, and emergency escalations.
• Oversee office operations to maintain a secure, well-supplied, and functional workplace environment.

• Hold a diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Operations, Hospitality, Facilities Management, or Business Administration.
• Have at least four years of operational experience, with a minimum of two years in a management role.
• Possess knowledge of housekeeping, maintenance, transport, procurement, budgeting, reporting, and operational cost management.
• Demonstrate proven leadership skills in managing departmental teams, vendors, and resolving cross-functional operational challenges.
• Experience in hospitality, serviced apartments, property, or facilities management is preferred.

The role offers a net salary of KSHS 100,000.
