SALES MERCHANDISER

Merchandising & Product Visibility

• Ensure hair products are properly displayed, well-arranged, adequately stocked, and highly visible within assigned retail outlets.
• Implement approved merchandising guidelines, planograms, promotional displays, and point-of-sale materials.
• Regularly check product placement, pricing, labelling, and overall shelf presentation.
• Identify and report opportunities to improve product visibility and in-store sales.

Sales & Business Growth

• Drive sales of assigned products within designated retail outlets and territories.
• Engage customers and retail staff to provide product information and encourage product uptake.
• Support promotional activities, product launches, demonstrations, and in-store campaigns.
• Identify sales opportunities and communicate market feedback, customer preferences, and competitor activity.

Stock Management

• Monitor product availability and ensure adequate stock levels across assigned outlets.
• Conduct regular stock checks and report shortages, slow-moving products, damages, and expiry concerns.
• Support proper stock rotation to minimize product losses and out-of-stock situations.
• Maintain accurate records of outlet visits, stock levels, sales activity, and merchandising performance.

Retailer & Team Coordination

• Build and maintain positive working relationships with outlet managers, retail staff, and key contacts.
• Ensure agreed merchandising standards and promotional activities are implemented consistently.
• Coordinate with the sales team to address outlet challenges and maximize sales opportunities.
• Submit regular reports on outlet performance, market activity, competitor movements, and sales opportunities.
