Riders Supervisor

• Oversee and organise daily activities of the rider team, including scheduling and assigning routes.
• Create duty rosters to ensure all shifts and delivery schedules are covered.
• Monitor rider performance, punctuality, and compliance with safety and traffic rules.
• Conduct briefings and provide training on safety, protocols, and customer service.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries, incidents, and attendance.
• Address operational challenges and rider concerns, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Ensure riders maintain their motorcycles or vehicles and have valid licences and documentation.
• Prepare and submit reports on daily, weekly, and overall performance to management.
• Handle client questions and service issues related to rider operations.

• Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Three to five years of experience in rider or field operations, with one to two years supervising riders.
• Must be aged 35 years or above.
• Valid driving licence for motorcycle and/or vehicle.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Good organisational and coordination skills.
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
