Nurse

• Diagnose and treat employees and their dependents, including dispensing medication.
• Provide primary clinical care such as first aid, emergency response, and managing minor illnesses and injuries.
• Maintain health records, submit health reports, order drugs, and manage drug accounting.
• Offer maternal and child health (MCH), family planning (FP) services, and antenatal clinics.
• Train employees on health and safety topics including first aid, ergonomics, hygiene, and emergency preparedness.
• Promote workplace health and wellness through education, preventive programs, and lifestyle improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care for employees needing specialist assessment or further medical attention.
• Assist clinical officers or doctors in health procedures and medical examinations.

• Hold a Diploma in Nursing and be registered as a Kenya Registered Community Health Nurse (KRCHN).
• Have a valid practicing license from the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK).
• Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a busy organisation or clinic.
• Have experience working in HIV/AIDS programs.
• Possess certification in Mental Health Awareness.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, excellent communication, critical and analytical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, time management, adaptability, and maintain a positive attitude.
