What you will do
- Monitor compliance with operational guidelines throughout the property.
- Ensure employees are properly uniformed, groomed, and working in a safe environment.
- Manage period-end inventories.
- Review financial statements and reports to assess productivity and identify cost reduction opportunities.
- Assist in resolving guest issues and support guest relations.
- Support accounts receivable tasks and monitor chargebacks and rebates.
- Promote employee morale, teamwork, and participation in safety programs.
- Monitor employee attendance and assist with performance management.
- Ensure employees are informed about emergency procedures and operational updates.
- Assist with employee payroll processing.
Requirements
- Have a Certificate or Diploma with 4 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area, OR a 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field with 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area.
