What you will do

  • Support the Senior Manager in maintaining smooth operation and continuous improvement of the BInsight system and other applications.
  • Coordinate day-to-day support activities and manage user issues.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders including users, programme teams, country offices, vendors, and the Technology Team.
  • Monitor system performance and support vendor coordination.
  • Engage in process improvement and automation initiatives for current and upcoming systems or applications.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing for new modules and system requirements, assist with rollout, data migration, and post-implementation support.
  • Perform application configuration and manage access roles as administrator.
  • Maintain IT compliance, service management, audit focal responsibilities, issue tracking, and change management for IT projects.
  • Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external contractors, vendors, and consultants.
  • Conduct and prepare training and refresher training materials and plans.
  • Assist in maintaining data pipeline, data warehouse, and data visualisation platforms.
  • Assist with data analysis and interpretation.
  • Collaborate in exploring emerging technologies such as AI tools and machine learning to build analytics platforms.
  • Prepare customised reports and raw data for management, audit, or other purposes as required.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in technology operations or application support.
  • Knowledge of software development and implementation cycles.
  • Understanding of IT service management.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and virtual machine management.
  • Experience with database management, SQL, and network design.
  • Strong writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to produce technical documentation, scope documents, test case design, and execution.
  • Experience in end-user training.
  • Domain expertise in NGO programmes, HR, payroll management, and issue management.
  • Technical skills in PostgreSQL, HTML, CSS, Power BI, data warehouse, AI, and automation tools.
  • Project management skills using tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or others, including business requirement specifications and mockup technical documentation.
  • Good understanding of application support, system operations, and IT service management processes.
  • Knowledge of business process analysis, requirement documentation, and operational workflow management.
  • Familiarity with databases, reporting tools, dashboards, and data warehouse concepts.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Software Engineering, Database Management, or an equivalent field.
