Job Title: Key Accounts Coordinator – Lubricants Employment Terms: Permanent Location: Western, Mombasa JOB PURPOSE The Key Accounts Coordinator will be responsible for driving the growth of lubricants sales by developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve set volume and margin targets. The role involves promoting, selling, and distributing automotive and industrial lubricants to both existing and potential customers within the assigned territory. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Actively identify, prospect, and engage potential customers to expand the lubricants customer base Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to overall revenue growth.

by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, garages, transport companies, industries, and key accounts. Implement promotional and marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and product uptake within the region. Provide technical guidance to customers on lubricant selection, application, and equipment compatibility. Conduct product training and awareness sessions for customers and channel partners. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and orders. Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding debts in line with credit policies.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market intelligence reports, and customer feedback. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations in all operations. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE · Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field. · At least 3–5 years’ experience in sales within the Oil & Gas industry, specifically lubricants or related petroleum products. · Strong technical understanding of lubricants, including automotive and industrial applications SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES · Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. · Excellent planning, organization, · Strong customer relationship management and networking ability.
