ICT Automation Engineer

• Develop and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency through automation.
• Deploy and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure ICT systems.
• Monitor and respond to cybersecurity threats, implement security controls, and conduct vulnerability assessments.
• Manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policies, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Provide expert support for hardware, software, and enterprise applications, resolving escalated issues.
• Maintain ICT documentation and collaborate with teams to integrate digital solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in ICT support, systems administration, or cybersecurity.
• Proven skills with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint; knowledge of Power BI is optional.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365.
• Practical experience in cybersecurity including endpoint protection, IAM, MFA, SIEM tools, and vulnerability management.
• Good understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Certifications like Microsoft Power Platform, Security+, AZ-900, SC-900, CCNA, MCSE, or CCNP are highly desirable.
