What you will do

  • Assist in production tasks such as inspection, packaging, and palletising under supervision.
  • Sort, label, and organise finished products for storage or dispatch.
  • Provide materials and packaging components to production lines as needed.
  • Identify and report defective products to supervisors.
  • Help machine operators during production activities.
  • Load and unload raw materials, packaging, and finished goods in the warehouse.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in production and warehouse areas following company hygiene standards.
  • Use personal protective equipment correctly and follow all safety policies.
  • Report any unsafe conditions or incidents immediately.
  • Participate in safety training and meetings as required.

Requirements

  • Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) or equivalent qualification.
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, FMCG, or factory operations is preferred.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work under guidance.
  • Good physical fitness and endurance to handle manual tasks.
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic.
  • Attention to detail in handling products and tasks.
  • Capable of working efficiently in a fast-moving environment.
  • Good teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
