What you will do
- Lead and supervise all AIM program activities at the branch level, ensuring planning, implementation, and tracking align with the operations manual and annual targets.
- Manage staff onboarding, training, and activity planning for Program Assistants and Branch Accounts & Operations Officers.
- Oversee community identification, participant selection, and the operation of AIM clubs using digital tools.
- Recruit and train mentors, form Youth Development Committees and Village Savings and Loan Associations, and supervise their activities.
- Ensure accurate data collection and reporting using approved digital platforms.
- Manage distribution of education and livelihood support, including school-related costs and participant contributions.
- Coordinate market development activities, community mobilisation, and collaboration with the BRAC Microfinance team.
- Prepare and submit management information system, financial, and donor reports on time.
- Ensure safeguarding policies are implemented and act as a key contact for safeguarding issues at the branch.
- Lead procurement planning and ensure compliance with policies and budgets.
- Maintain cash flow for smooth daily project operations.
- Facilitate monthly coordination meetings and branch-level training sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or Diploma in Social Science, Anthropology, Sociology, Community Development, Business Administration, Education, or related fields.
- At least 3 years' experience in national or international development, working with marginalized communities and integrated development programs including microfinance, education, livelihood, agriculture, food security, or women's empowerment.
- Experience in project management, coordination, supervision, monitoring, administration, finance, and logistics.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office.
- Preferably experience with digital reporting or survey platforms such as KoBo, Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, CommCare, or SurveyCTO.
- Good communication, facilitation, and community mobilisation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with diverse individuals and work well in a team.
