Our client, a leading automotive manufacturer in Electric 2&3 Wheelers offering continued renewable energy technology solutions through excellent customer service is seeking to recruit Battery Swapping Executives. JOB PURPOSE As a Battery Swapping Executive, you will be responsible for charging and swapping batteries at the assigned stations, ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor and report on battery requirements based on increased swaps. Conduct daily quality checks on the station. Assist customers with using the app for swapping and provide necessary tech support. Undertake additional responsibilities as required based on work requirements. EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND TRAITS
KCSE/ Vocational technical training or a related field. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. Basic knowledge of electric vehicle charging systems is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Willingness to work flexible hours. Requirements:
